What does Known by AI actually do?
It reads your website the way AI assistants do, finds what they can’t understand, and fixes it. On paid plans we add your business details in the formats AI tools read (structured data, an llms.txt guide and clean page copies), keep them up to date, and report each month on which AI assistants visited.
Will this guarantee ChatGPT recommends my business?
No one can promise that. AI assistants also weigh reviews and what other websites say about you. What we can do is make sure they can read your website properly and get your details right, which is the part you control.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The free check needs only your web address. To connect your site you either install our WordPress plugin or paste a short block of code into your site’s settings, and we guide you through it.
Which websites does it work with?
Any public website can be checked. Fixes work most completely on WordPress, with our plugin. On Squarespace, Wix and similar builders you paste a short block of code that adds your business details, and we tell you clearly what that does and doesn’t cover.
Is my data safe?
We only read the public pages of your website. You sign in with Google, Microsoft or an email link, so we never hold a password. Payments are handled by Stripe and we never see your card details.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your account. There is no contract.
How much does it cost?
The check is free. Starter is £9 a month, or £90 a year, for one website, with no contract. Pro, with up to three websites and weekly checks of whether AI assistants mention you, is coming soon: join its waitlist to be first in.
