Terms

Draft for review before launch.

The free check is provided as is, for information. Results describe how AI assistants are likely to read a website; they are not a guarantee of how any AI assistant will respond.

Only check websites you own or have a legitimate reason to check. Don’t use the service to overload or attack any website.

Paid plans

Starter costs £9 a month or £90 a year, for one website, paid in advance by card through Stripe. It renews automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel any time from your dashboard (Manage billing). Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then stops renewing. If you’re not happy, email hello@knownbyai.co.uk within 14 days of first subscribing and we’ll refund you in full.

You must own the website you add, or have permission to change it. You’re responsible for checking the business details we draft before you approve them; we publish only what you approve.

When your plan ends, our hosted files and plugin stop publishing your details. Anything you pasted into your own site stays there until you remove it.

We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the change applies from your next renewal after that.

Our responsibility

We work hard to make your website readable by AI assistants, but we can’t control what any AI assistant says or whether it recommends you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.
